While we contemplate the federal tax reform/cut measure and its priorities, I suggest we follow Fareed Zakaria’s caution. Clearly I have agreed for the past year that it furthers the Mercer/Bannon promise. It is yet one more element pulling apart the American govt. as has been undertaken by this administration confirming that Humpty-Dumpty’s broken shell will remain on the ground for quite awhile. dean
